When I started the weight loss program I was 207 pounds. The main concerns were my health and my upcoming wedding. I have lost more than 40 pounds and now weight 158 pounds. Before I started this program, I tried a lot of things including over the counter drugs. None of them worked. Some of them made me very anxious. There were no side effects from this program, and most importantly I was not hungry. I have a healthy diet now with more fruits and vegetables. My husband has also changed to a healthy diet because of the program.
